Blimey, this place is a bit boggling for the new user! I think I made it :)
I'm not following any particular diet at the moment, I did lose about 8 stone on Weight Watchers a couple of years back, but let myself go a bit and now want to lose the 1.5-2st I have put back on! The really annoying thing is I know exactly what I am supposed to be doing, the foods to eat, the exercise to do - but sometimes I just don't want to, and I haven't got my head around why I want to wilfully disregard what I know is best and eat junk. I find the exercise easier to keep up than the healthy eating, and I am hoping that the decline I am now starting to notice in my running will give me a kick up the bum to eat better.
